Who
It all begins with a question: Who am I?
I am a storyteller - through words, photography, jewellery and art I create, and the way I see the world. An introvert, yes, but one who embraces deep conversations and meaningful connections. Writing about myself doesn’t come naturally, but here we are.
While preparing materials for a work project, I came across s set of questions and thought, What would my answers be? So, here they are:
What’s your idea of perfect happiness? Feeling healthy and content with myself, embracing life with confidence. I’ve struggled with self-doubt, but I remind myself daily: I am enough.
What is your greatest fear? Uncertainty - but I’ve learned that life is about adapting, growing, and moving forward.
What’s your greatest extravagance? Books and photography gear - because knowledge and creativity are worth every penny.
What’s the trait you most deplore in others? Dishonesty and insincerity. I value people who are real, honest and kind.
What’s your favorite journey? Any walk with a camera in my hand, music in my ears, and the world unfolding in front of me.
Which words or phrases do you most overuse? “We’ll see,” or in Czech “uvidíme”. Life is unpredictable, but I’m learning to embrace the unknown.
What is your biggest regret? There are moments I miss London and my friends, but every step of my journey has shaped who I am today.
When and where were you happiest? On the dancefloor, lost in music and movement. Or with camera in my hands, recording the world around me.
What talent would you most like to have? The ability to see the bright side of things all the time - but I’m getting better at it.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Learning to give my energy only to those who trully appreciate it.
What do you consider your greatest achievement? I have many small victories - choosing courage over fear, creating things I love, and finding my way through life’s twists and turns.
What is your most treasured possession? My books, camera equipment, and plants. - each holding a piece in my story.
If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be? A dog – loyal, free-spirited, and always up for an adventure. Probably German Shepherd, Border Collie or Czechoslovakian Wolfdog.
Where would you like to live? London still holds my heart. Cape Town’s sea and mountains inspired me. Alaska and New Zealand intrigue me. But in the end, a small house in nature with a garden, studio and a dog sounds like perfect home.
What do you most value in your friends? Honesty - always.. Tell me the truth, even if it’s hard tp .
What is your motto? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
